Tuesday(20/1), 3-5.30pm: Best Dressed @ AVA Room
People needed/involved: Natalie Neo only.

Wednesday(21/1), 3.30 - 6.00pm: LNY 1st Rehearsal @ AVA Room
People needed/involved: Deryck, Ming Hao, Xue Si, Jamie.

Thursday(22/1), 3.30 - 6.00pm: LNY 2nd rehearsal @ Hall(Please report at the time given)
People needed/involved: Deryck, Ming Hao, Xue Si, Jamie, Timothy, Hui Qi, Charlene, Syazwan. (set up equipment needed for LNY)

Friday(23/1): LNY Celebration (Those involved can report at usual school time)
7.00 - 7.15am: Play CNY music

7.15 - 7.45am: Flag Raising and IRP on LNY materials @ Parade Square(Wan Yi, Halima and Serene will take charge of this)

7.45 - 8.00am: Lion Dance @ Parade Square

8.00 - 8.55am: Normal Lessons (eeeee....)

8.55 - 10.05am: LNY classroom decoration + cultural quiz

10.05 - 10.40am: RECESS!!!

10.40am - 12.10: Concert in Hall

-Secondary One Orientation-
Monday in-charge:Timothy and Peiwen
Tuesday in-charge:Huiqi and Chenghan

That friday is the Seconday one inauguration...
So the Sec 1 inauguration is divided into morning and night.
The timing for the morning one is 10.20 to 12plus (12.45?)
The people involved are: Huiqi, Chenghan, Wanyi and Jamie (released from class at 0930)
The deco people (Yvonne.huiling.halima.maybe xinyi?) set up the booth in the hall on thursday after school, then you might need to find a place to store it if there is badminton going on and shift everything back into the hall on Friday morning.
People involved in the night are:Shihui.Yiling,Peiwen and Timothy (need to set up by 1800 and ends at 2100 plus)
