To all Sports and Fiesta Crew :

Here are the latest updates I have on my hands.
Equipment List, Time-line, Duties and Layout.
Please read the following carefully.

Under internal : I/C Peiwen, Shaotao.
Under external : I/C Wanyi, Jamie, Shihui, Minghao, Deryck.

Equipment List

Internal :
3 wireless mics + receiver.
1 portable (for laptop).
1 mixer (behringer). 
1 amp + eq.
hall speakers.

External :
1 mixer (mackie).
2 active speakers + speaker stands.
2 wireless mics + receivers.
1 cd player.
cables.
extensions for power.
tape + black cloth.

Layout 

Layout would be the same as Open House, as we cannot interrupt the talk upstairs.
The sound will be contained in the canteen this way.
Also there will be exhibition stalls along the middle of the canteen.
So there'll be people walking around, so we'll need tape down the wires.

Duties

Deryck and Minghao : bring down the speakers + stands (trolley).
Shihui : bring down the cables we would need + tape + cloth.
Jamie : help me w the mixer first then go back up for microphones.

Peiwen and Shaotao : Set up the microphones and portable for the talk.

Time-line 

6.45 am : External crew report to PA Room. 
Bring down the equipment as stated above.
Start set up of external system.

7.45 am (or when flag-raising ends) : Internal crew report to the PA Room.
Start set up of internal system.

8.15 am : External crew at canteen.
Finish set up and start soundcheck (cd + mic)

8.45 am : Both external and internal.
Road run for rest of students should end if w/o delay.
Exhibitions, games, activites and the talk in hall should start soon after.

12nn : Events should end by then.
Pack up.

Tomorrow's prize giving rehearsal will start at 3.
So all would have to be there to start setting up by 2.
Report to Proj Room by then.
