As you all know, there is a new system within the CCA. From sec 1 to sec 3, you'll be split up into two teams, Team 1 and Team 2. You'll be separated based on how well you perform and your commitment to the CCA.

Members in Team 1 will be doing most of the events and taking up the major roles. *Those in Team 1 must maintain the standard & commitment to be able to stay in this team.

Members in Team 2 will not get as much opportunities as Team 1 members to do events. In events, they will mostly be supporting Team 1.
*Those in team 2 can move up to team 1 if they show interest and prove to us(Miss Tang + Mrs Tay + Jamie + Wanyi) that you are serious about being in team 1.
You must make a request to any of the 3 of us before we can give you the opportunity to be assessed.

We'll be assessing everyone as you do events to determine which team you'll be in. Your CCA points will also be affected. We'll announce the results after EOY. Please note that we'll be assessing everyone each term.

Here are the new rules in case any of you forgot. :)

Morning Duties:
Pay $1 if you came later than 7.10am. (without valid reason)
Pay $2 if you did not come for your duty at all. (without valid reason)

Rehearsals:(without valid reasons)
If you're late for 30 mins, pay $1.
If you didn't attend at all, you won't be doing the event.

CCA: (without valid reasons)
If you did not attend once, you'll be given a warning.
If you did not attend twice, your parents will receive a call and a letter.
If you did not attend thrice, you'll be kicked out.

Valid reasons include:
Medical Leave
Public transport breakdown
Urgent family situation which you have informed Ms Tang/Mrs Tay about - informing any student does not count.


Money will go to the CAMP Fund! All fines will be recorded in detail with your signature as acknowledgment and the money is kept by Ms Tang in a safe box.
