Updates!

New morning duty list!
Rules and fining still applies to this one.
Names in Italics are supervisors, and the tardiness rule still applies.
Supervisors' duties include collection of money, passing it over and telling I/C who is late/absent.
If supervisors are late themselves, I/C shall take charge of their fines.

And also, with this new schedule, a few people will be having double duties.
Cause for Sec 1s and 2s, there's not really enough people.
Sorry about that :(

Copies of this will be inside the General Office as well as the PA board.
So no excuses of telling me you don't know when your duty is.

Hey, a little update, about your holiday training.
In case you didn't hear just now during the mad clean up..

There will be a session for training in the holidays, Friday!
It will be from 9am to 12nn, at the parade square.
Please be in PE attire cause it's going to be practical.
Training will be on setup for ARTS FEst. We really need it as we only have that Friday and one more training before we break for exams! Subsequently we would be immersed in rehearsals so may not have time to do training. Plus may not be allowed to do setup training in parade square due to O levels.
After that there's a little celebration with steamboat for the seniors leaving and taking Os and Ns, starting at 1pm @ canteen so can go bathe first.
Those who wish to attend please inform Ms Tang by Monday k?
So that she can buy food with a good estimate so she doesn't waste money. (I'm poor but willing to spend on u guys but not on wasted food!)
(You can bath after the training in school, like, bring clothes and stuff.)
(MY sincerest apologies to the Muslim kids! Really no more time slot and can't do steamboat at night also due to current timing! Will do another for u after Hari Raya to celebrate EOY exams and Post Arts fest, K? - Ms Tang)

Hello everyone. As you've heard there's CCA on Friday.

It clashes with PTM (Parent Teacher Meeting) we know,
so we need you guys to arrange your PTMs, if any, around it.
Either before 3pm or after 5pm.

In a worst case scenario, you can schedule your PTMs during CCA time.
But only if you had no other choice!
But you need to inform either me, Jamie or Ms Tang about it beforehand what your timing is.
So that we can let you guys go off at the correct timings.
However, right after your PTM you must immediately come back for CCA.

This CCA meeting is urgent. So do not skip it.
